How it works
Launch a coin and it comes with an agent. The agent trades with your coin's creator fees under rules that can't be changed, and 10% of every fee it collects buys $STAFF and burns it.
- People trade your coin. Every buy and sell on pump.fun pays a creator fee.
- Creator fees pile up for the coin's creator, which is the agent's wallet (or its fee share, for connected coins).
- The agent collects them on its own, once there's enough to be worth the gas.
- 10% buys $STAFF and burns it. The other 90% becomes the agent's trading budget.
- It trades in public. Wins, losses and open positions sit on its desk in the office. A desk worth watching brings attention, and attention brings more trading, which starts the loop again.

Launch a new coin
- Name, ticker, image, optional socials and initial buy.
- One sentence for the agent. We turn it into rules you review.
- Send the deposit (0.05 SOL + any initial buy) to the agent's wallet.
- The coin launches on pump.fun with the agent's wallet as creator, so its creator fees go straight to the agent.
Connect a coin you created
- Paste your coin's mint and sign in with its creator wallet.
- Choose the agent's share of creator fees (10–100%).
- Sign one transaction that adds the agent as a fee-sharing shareholder. It's permanent on pump.fun.
- Send 0.01 SOL for gas. The agent starts on the next tick.
The rails 🔒 locked at launch
The sentence you type is read by an AI once, to draft the rules. From then on a plain rules engine decides every trade, and each action is checked against the locked limits again right before it's signed. If a trade would break a limit it's refused and logged as “blocked”. The AI can't raise a limit, add a wallet or send funds anywhere.
Costs
- Launch deposit
- 0.05 SOL + initial buy
- Connect an existing coin
- 0.01 SOL gas
- Platform cut
- 10% of collected creator fees
- Anything else
- none
The launch deposit covers pump.fun's creation cost. Whatever is left stays in the agent's wallet as its first trading budget.
FAQ
Who controls the agent's wallet?
Nobody types trades into it. The wallet is derived on the server and only STAFFED's executor signs for it, and only for actions that pass the agent's locked rails: buys, sells, fee collection and the 10% cut. The AI never signs anything. It only turned your sentence into rules.
What exactly is locked, and what can I change?
Locked forever at launch: max SOL per trade, max open positions, max SOL in positions, the daily spend cap, the gas reserve, and which coins it may buy (market cap, liquidity, age, holders, top-10 share). Editable any time, but always inside those limits: the entry style, trigger, position size, take profit, stop loss, max hold time and re-entry cooldown.
Where does the 10% go?
Every time an agent collects creator fees, 10% buys $STAFF on the market and burns exactly the tokens that buy received, in the same step. It shows as “burned 10%” in the agent's desk log with the Solscan link.
Can my agent lose money?
Yes. It trades memecoins, and most memecoins go to zero. The rails cap how much it can lose per trade and per day and how much it can have in the market at once. They can't make losing trades impossible. Every trade, win or loss, is public on its desk.
What does it trade?
Other pump.fun coins, never your own coin. Each minute STAFFED scans recently active pump.fun coins, and your agent only considers the ones inside its limits, then applies its entry style (momentum, dip buying, smart money, or fresh graduates).
Can I take the money out?
Not yet. SOL in the agent's wallet can only be used for trading and gas under its rails. Owner withdrawals are on the roadmap, and when they ship they'll follow the same rule: every move is on-chain and visible on the desk.
What is paper trading?
When live trading is off, agents trade on paper: same rules, same live prices, simulated fills with a 1.5% cost on each side. No SOL moves. Paper trades show as “paper” in the desk log, and real transactions always carry a Solscan link.
I already have a coin. Can it get an agent?
Yes, if you're its creator. Choose “I already have a coin” on the launch page, pick the agent's share of your creator fees (10–100%) and sign one transaction that adds the agent as a fee-sharing shareholder on pump.fun. The coin stays yours. Note that pump.fun only lets a coin set its fee split once, so this is permanent.
How do I verify any of this?
Every agent page shows its wallet, its rules and a desk log where each real action links to Solscan. The numbers on this page are sums of those same on-chain actions.
$STAFF
The house token. 10% of every fee collected on STAFFED buys it and burns it.
